These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of provider.men and the Provider Field Assessment (the "Service"), operated by Architect Legacy Limited Company ("we," "us," or "our"), a Texas company. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Provider offers a self-directed field assessment and content resources designed to help men identify where they are carrying weight and how to carry it with more intention. The assessment produces a personalized summary based on your responses.
Provider is a personal development resource — not a licensed counseling, therapy, or medical service. Nothing on this site constitutes professional psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or crisis line.
Your Account and Information
You agree to provide accurate information when signing the Provider Creed or completing the assessment. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Service.
Intellectual Property
All content on provider.men — including the Provider Creed, the BBOP framework, assessment questions, copy, design, and AI-generated summaries — is the property of Architect Legacy Limited Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Provider content without written permission.
The AI-generated Field Report summary produced from your assessment is personalized for you. You may share it privately, but may not publish or sell it.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the assessment framework or content.
- Submit false information to manipulate assessment results.
- Use automated tools to access the Service without permission.
Email Communications
If you provide your email address, you'll receive your requested Field Report and may receive follow-up messages from Provider. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We don't sell your email address.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of assessment results or AI-generated content. Results are based on self-reported information and are intended as a starting point for reflection, not a definitive diagnosis.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Architect Legacy Limited Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
