These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Provider website (provider.men), the Provider mobile application (the "App"), and the Provider Field Assessment (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Architect Legacy Limited Company ("we," "us," or "our"), a Texas company. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Provider is a personal development platform for men. It includes a self-directed field assessment, a daily practice system, a personal AI companion (the "Oracle"), journal and reflection tools, and community features. The Service is designed to help men identify where they are carrying weight and how to carry it with more intention.

Provider is a personal development resource — not a licensed counseling, therapy, or medical service. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice. The Oracle is an AI-powered companion, not a therapist or counselor. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or crisis line.

Your Account

To use the App, you sign in with your Apple ID. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile or completing assessments. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Service.

AI-Generated Content

The Oracle and other AI features generate personalized responses based on your profile, conversations, and activity within the App. AI-generated content is intended as a tool for reflection and personal growth. It may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. You should not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional advice.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated assessment results, domain scores, or personalized guidance. These are based on self-reported information and AI interpretation, and are meant as starting points for reflection.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the App — journal entries, trigger logs, conversation messages, and values responses. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the Service (including sending it to our AI providers for processing).

You can delete your content at any time through the account reset feature in the App, or by emailing us.

Intellectual Property

All Provider content — including the Provider Creed, the six-domain framework, assessment questions, design, Field Guide content, and the Provider brand — is the property of Architect Legacy Limited Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Provider content without written permission.

AI-generated content personalized for you (such as your Dominion Report or Oracle conversations) may be shared privately but may not be published or sold.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Submit false information to manipulate assessment results or AI responses.
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission.
• Attempt to access another user's data or account.
• Use the Oracle to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or intended to harm others.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription in the future. Any subscription terms, pricing, and billing details will be presented to you before purchase. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

Email Communications

If you provide your email address, you'll receive your requested Dominion Report and may receive follow-up messages from Provider. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We don't sell your email address.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time using the reset feature in the App or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be archived for 30 days (in case of accidental deletion) and then permanently removed.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of assessment results, AI-generated content, or domain scores. The Oracle is an AI system that may produce incorrect or inappropriate responses. Use your own judgment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Architect Legacy Limited Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
