Common Questions

I took the Field Assessment but never got my results.

Your Dominion Report is generated immediately after you complete the assessment. If you provided your email, check your inbox and spam folder. If you still cannot find it, email us with the name you used and we will resend it.

How do I connect my assessment to the app?

When you complete the Field Assessment on provider.men, you receive a link. Open that link on your phone with the Provider app installed and the assessment will import automatically. You can also paste the link manually inside the app.

Is my data private?

Yes. Journal entries, trigger logs, and Oracle conversations are end-to-end encrypted. We cannot read them. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@provider.men with the subject line "Delete my account." We will process your request and permanently remove all data within 7 days.
